Financial And Insurance

Financial Information

Financial

We expect payment for services at the time they are rendered. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or CareCredit.

Insurance

We accept most dental insurances, except for those insurance plans that limit you to dental offices on a restricted list. Such plans require participating dentists to drastically reduce fees in exchange for exposure to thousands of potential patients. In contrast, we believe in individual attention with an emphasis on quality of care, not quantity, and we will never compromise our approach to personal attention.

As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to submit your claim to your insurance company for you. If you have a deductible and/or a percentage due for services rendered, those fees will be due at the time of service. Futhermore, if for any reason your insurance company does not pay us, then you would be responsible to pay your balance in full. It is important to us that our patients understand that the insurance contract exists between you and your insurance company. We simply bill them as a service to you.

CareCredit

Our mission is to deliver the finest, most cost effective health care treatment available today. We recognize that many people are concerned about the affordability of health care services. We have explored a number of extended payment plan options in order to address this issue. We are pleased to announce that we have adopted CareCredit, an extended payment program which offers low monthly payments. Other features include:

  • No money needed at time of service (no initial down payment)
  • An interest free option is available
  • Get all the treatment needed now...take up to four years to pay
This is a separate line of credit which does not affect the balances of your other credit cards. Unlike other credit cards, there are no annual fees.
